§ 11-2. Hours of sale and consumption of wine.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or dispense wine, including unfortified wine, anywhere within the town limits between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., nor shall any wine be consumed in any place where wine is sold between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Subsequently, on Sundays, sales of wine may not resume until 12:00 noon.
