§ 16-9. Certain wheels, tires, etc., restricted.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or cause to be driven any traction engine or other vehicle with lugs or corrugations in the wheels thereof over the permanently paved streets of the town, unless suitable provisions are made by planking or otherwise to the satisfaction of the town engineer so that such corrugations or lugs will not damage the pavement.
