§ 17-382. Same—Blind persons; military personnel.

Blind persons and members of the Armed Forces of the United States and of the Merchant Marine shall be exempt from liability for any and all license taxes levied by this article to the extent prescribed by and in accordance with G.S. sections 105-249 and 105-249.1.
