§ 18-7. Same—Accidents.

All accidents arising from or in connection with the operation of taxicabs which result in death or injury to any person or in damage to any vehicle or to any property in an apparent total amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or more shall immediately be reported by the quickest means of communication to the police department.
