§ 2-27. Same—Regular.

A regular meeting of the town council shall be held at 7:00 p.m. at the town hall on the second Monday in each month; provided, however, that the town council, by action taken prior to any regular meeting, may change the hour of the meeting and the date of the meeting to some other day in the same month.
