§ 2-30. Same—Minutes.

  • A complete and accurate account of all the proceedings of the town council shall be kept, and all ordinances shall be filed in a book especially provided for that purpose by the council. Every resolution adopted or made by the council and every petition submitted to it which is not set out in full in the minutes shall be filed in an exhibit book and, by proper reference, shall be made a part of the minutes. The minutes of each meeting shall be read at the subsequent meeting and, upon being approved by the council, shall be signed by the mayor and the clerk.
