§ 3-42. Rabies control—Vaccination.

It shall be unlawful for the owner of any dog or cat to keep or maintain such dog or cat unless it shall have been vaccinated by a licensed veterinary surgeon with antirabies vaccine as required by state law, and proof of such inoculation shall be attached to the dog or cat.
