§ 4-1. Territorial applicability of this chapter and chapter 7.

Latest version.

Pursuant to section 16.2 of the Charter, this chapter and chapter 7 of the Code are hereby made effective and enforceable within the territory lying outside the corporate limits of the town and within two (2) miles thereof, with the exception of such part thereof as lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Princeville and on the south or Princeville side of Tar River.
