§ 4-29. Building permit—Required.

  • No person shall build, erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair or improve any building or structure within the town or cause the same to be done, the estimated value of which shall exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), without having first obtained a building permit therefor from the building inspector; provided, however, that such permit shall not include or be construed to authorize electrical, gas or plumbing installations or work, and a separate permit shall be required for such other installations or work.
