§ 2-142. Created.

Pursuant to G.S. section 160A-504, a separate and distinct body corporate and politic known as the "Redevelopment Commission of the Town of Tarboro," is hereby created and established, and such commission shall have all the powers, duties, legal status and functions prescribed by state law.
